Managing Anxiety and Negative Thoughts

More Americans are feeling anxious each year, with 43% reporting increased anxiety in 2024. Rather than fighting constant negative thoughts, Professor Andrea Bonior recommends a gentler, mindfulness-based approach called acceptance and commitment therapy.
