Will Engelhardt

Will joined the Graduate Program in 2025 under the mentorship of Dr. Adam Green. Will has a B.A. in Applied Physics from Whitworth University and a B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. His prior research was integrating software and hardware into a cognitive neuroscience platform BCI2000 , mainly focusing on stimulation devices and real-time visualization tools. Will moved on to better understand the brain, and the mind, through an interdisciplinary approach in neuroscience and psychology. His research interests involve creativity, hemispheric differences, and holistic solutions to mental health disorders. He is currently using neuromodulation to study the neuroscience of creativity.
