Dr. Ryan & Christina Padilla receive media coverage on recent findings

November 16, 2016 – Professor Rebecca Ryan  and Ph.D. student Christina Padilla have a newly released article in the journal Pediatrics on their findings that the share of U.S. mothers who spank their young children or endorse physical discipline has declined significantly over the past two and a half decades. 

The article has received media coverage from NPR , Slate , and Time .
