Paige Amormino wins 2nd place in GU’s 3MT competition

April 21, 2023 – Congratulations to graduate student Paige Amormino who won 2nd place in Georgetown’s fourth Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition for Master’s Theses on April 18!

3MT was developed by The University of Queensland (UQ) to celebrate the exciting research conducted by graduate students around the world. The competition helps students hone their presentation skills to explain their research quickly and effectively, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. The Graduate School is excited to continue this initiative on the Hilltop, joining more than 600 universities and institutions worldwide.
