PhD student Paige Amormino, post-doc Joe Venticinque, and Professor Abigail Marsh PhD have just published an article in Current Opinions in Psychology  that highlights some of the traits that characteristic highly altruistic people, which is based on findings from their last fifteen years of work studying extraordinary altruists with funding support from the John Templeton Foundation and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
