Drs. Brethel-Haurwitz & Cardinale are joint recipients of 2018 Glassman Dissertation Award in the Social Sciences
April 23, 2018 – Congratulations to graduate alumnae Kristin Brethel-Haurwitz and Elise Cardinale who have been named joint recipients of the 2018 Harold N. Glassman Dissertation Award in the Social Sciences from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences for their individual work and contribution to altruism research. The Glassman Awards are intended to honor truly distinguished dissertations in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences with one award available in each of these three broad disciplinary areas. This is the fourth time Psychology graduates have received this award since 2011.
Dr. Brethel-Haurwitz is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Cardinale is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health.
