Evan Bianchi (CAS’ 25) awarded the Provost’s Distinguished Undergraduate Research Fellowship

September 17— This summer, Evan Bianchi (CAS’ 25) was one of only five undergraduates to be selected for the 2024 cohort of the Provost’s Distinguished Undergraduate Research Fellowship for her work in the Psychology Department’s Child Development and Social Policy Lab. Specifically, Evan works on the Tulsa SEED Study and is writing an Honors Thesis under Dr. Anna Johnson’s mentorship.

The Provost’s Fellows are Georgetown University’s most distinguished undergraduate researchers, excelling academically while rigorously engaging in research activities both in and outside of the classroom. They serve in a highly visible role as representatives of their school and discipline. As research role models for the entire undergraduate student body, the Provost Fellows are charged with enthusiastically representing, communicating, and promoting undergraduate research engagement.
