Joseph Venticinque is a postdoctoral researcher who studies the social, cognitive, and neural bases of how individuals interact and make decisions. He is particularly interested in how contextual factors shape how individuals think, feel, and behave, supported by changes in neurobiological functioning. Joseph obtained his Ph.D. at the University of California, Davis and is currently studying other-oriented decisions, and the neural underpinnings of altruism and psychopathy with Dr. Abigail Marsh.
