Gina joined the Interdisciplinary Program in Neuroscience in 2023 to work in the Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience Lab directed by Dr. Chandan Vaidya. She is a dual MD/PhD student in the Georgetown School of Medicine and the Interdisciplinary Program in Neuroscience (IPN). Before coming to Georgetown, Gina graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and worked as a research specialist at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute. Her research focuses on using computational methods to investigate the cognitive and neural mechanisms of learning in children with autism and typical development.
