Sylvia Rusnak and Adam Weinberger receive 2020 Graduate Student Awards

Two Psychology graduate students received awards at the 2020 Graduate Student Awards held virtually by the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences on April 17.

PhD candidate Sylvia Rusnak received the Graduate Student Teaching Award. This award recognizes excellence in a graduate student acting as instructor of record, i.e. teaching their own course.

PhD candidate Adam Weinberger received the Dr. Karen Gale Exceptional PhD Student Award. This award recognizes a PhD Graduate Student who demonstrates a high level of excellence and expertise in their field. This can include academic and research achievements, excellence beyond course work, and commitment to their area of study. This is the third year in a row that a PhD student in the Psychology Department has won this award.
