Eun-Soo Choi successfully defends doctoral dissertation

October 24, 2014 – Congratulations to Eun-Soo Choi (mentor: Chentsova-Dutton) on the successful defense of her dissertation “Distress Communication in Cultural Context: An Examination of Koreans and Americans.” 

Eun-Soo has received a competitive postdoctoral fellowship for foreign researchers funded by the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science. If she accepts, she will work at the Kokoro Research Center at Kyoto University, with Yukiko Uchida, culture and emotions researcher.
