Tuition and Stipends

All students admitted into the Developmental Science Graduate Program will receive a scholarship which covers the cost of tuition.

In addition, all students will receive basic health insurance and a teaching stipend to cover other fees and living expenses.

In order to receive the teaching stipend, the student is typically expected to work 15 hours per week as a teaching fellow for an undergraduate psychology course. The teaching stipend for arts and sciences programs is determined by the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences; visit their financial information page for details.  The teaching stipend for 2011-12 is $20,000. Students are also eligible for University Fellowships and for Research Assistantships on faculty research grants, which can help support them during the summer months.
